We offer a variety of group exercise classes that are included with a membership to our facility. The schedule and available classes may change from time to time but it usually includes Zumba, Tai Chi, Yoga, Strength and Range of Motion. Group training sessions are different then group exercise classes. Group training sessions are led by personal trainers that customize the exercise routines based on the goals, abilities, and limitations of their clientele. Trainers coach their clients on body mechanics and determine which exercises are best for their clientele as well as determine appropriate training intensity, loads, and volume of exercise. Ladies Bootcamp Group Training is offered year round every day but Sunday. There is a charge for group training.
